Using Rikahdo
Rikahdo provides platform experiences for rides, parcel delivery, logistics bookings, dispatch, tracking, customer accounts, platform settlement, and related operational workflows. Available services may vary by market, partner, tenant, city, or product.
Accounts and accurate information
Users, drivers, couriers, fleet partners, logistics operators, and other partners are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping account access secure, and using the platform only for lawful and authorized purposes.
Rides, delivery, and logistics services
Rikahdo may connect riders, customers, drivers, couriers, fleet partners, logistics companies, and other operators. Service availability, pricing, fulfillment, delivery times, eligibility, and operational rules may depend on the applicable market, service type, and partner arrangement.
Payments and remittance
Rikahdo may support card, cash, and bank-transfer workflows. Users and partners are responsible for paying applicable charges, completing required remittance, resolving failed or disputed payments, and complying with platform settlement requirements.
Partner responsibilities
Drivers, couriers, fleet partners, logistics operators, and tenants are responsible for their vehicles, personnel, licenses, equipment, customer commitments, operational conduct, local compliance, and any obligations agreed with Rikahdo or with their customers.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, submit false information, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, use Rikahdo for unlawful shipments or activities, abuse support channels, or bypass platform payment, settlement, safety, or audit controls.
Communications
By contacting Rikahdo or using the platform, you agree that Rikahdo may communicate with you about requests, accounts, services, support, payments, settlement, operational updates, and relevant product information.
Service changes
Rikahdo may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the platform as products, markets, partner relationships, regulations, and operational needs change.
Disclaimers and limits
Rikahdo aims to provide reliable services, but platform availability, third-party services, connectivity, maps, payments, partner performance, and operational conditions may vary. To the extent permitted by law, Rikahdo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Disputes
If a concern arises, contact Rikahdo first so the team can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution. Some disputes may also be subject to additional partner, tenant, market, or service-specific terms.
